Alcohol Delivery Policy

To comply with Ontario liquor laws and ensure responsible delivery practices, the following conditions apply to all alcohol orders placed through our app:

Age Verification

• Customers must be at least 19 years of age to order or receive alcohol deliveries.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s licence, passport, or Ontario photo card) must be presented at the time of delivery.

Sober Recipient Requirement

• Alcohol will not be delivered to any individual who appears intoxicated at the time of delivery.
• If the customer is unable to receive the order due to intoxication, the order will be canceled and a restocking or delivery fee may apply.

Delivery Location Restrictions

• Alcohol deliveries are made only to residential addresses.
• Deliveries will not be made to hospitals, schools, or public places.
• The delivery driver reserves the right to refuse delivery if the location or circumstances are deemed unsafe or non-compliant.

Verification at the Door

• The delivery driver will verify both age and sobriety before handing over any alcohol products.
• Orders cannot be left unattended or with anyone other than the verified recipient.

By placing an alcohol order, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements for purchasing and receiving alcohol in Ontario and agree to comply with this policy.
